German Speaking Customer Advisor – Hybrid (Based in Malta)
About the Role
We are seeking German-speaking professionals with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset for a hybrid Customer Advisor position in Malta. This role involves providing email and chat support to customers, helping resolve inquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support in German via email and chat
Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
Work on-site in Malta for two days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining three days
Requirements
Proficiency in German (written and spoken), C1 minimum
Good level of English
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
