About the Role
Are you fluent in French and English and looking to grow your career while living in Greece? We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support French-speaking users.
This is a remote position open to candidates living anywhere in Greece. You will join a multicultural support team focused on ensuring a safe and positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and empathetic support to French-speaking users
Investigate and resolve account-related and content moderation issues
Monitor user reports and uphold platform community guidelines
Identify trends and escalate complex cases when appropriate
Share user insights to support ongoing process improvements
Requirements
Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Empathy and a user-centric mindset
Basic familiarity with social media platforms (full training provided)
