As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that online platforms remain safe, appropriate, and engaging. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content (videos, images, and text)
- Ensuring adherence to community guidelines by enforcing content policies
- Escalating sensitive cases when necessary while maintaining professionalism
- Actively participating in wellness programs and contributing to a supportive workplace environment
Daily Responsibilities: You’ll be reviewing a variety of content, scoring it based on age appropriateness, violence, and other factors, ensuring that all content adheres to the platform’s policies. Additionally, you will have time for wellness activities, team development, and enjoy perks like on-site snacks and team-building events.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in shared services or customer experience
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (C2 and B2, respectively)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an awareness of social and political issues in the region you’ll support
