Position: Dutch-Speaking Sales and Digital Marketing Consultant (Hybrid in Barcelona)
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona and support the Dutch market. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
Role Overview
As a Sales and Digital Marketing Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Dutch companies, guiding them in optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities through digital campaigns, meeting sales targets, and supporting team success across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic support for clients’ digital advertising campaigns
Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Deliver consultative support to clients and maintain strong business relationships
Stay current on industry trends and tools
Candidate Requirements
Native-level Dutch proficiency
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
6 to 12 months of experience in online advertising or PPC campaigns (preferred)
6 to 12 months of experience in outbound sales, ideally B2B (preferred)
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing and sales
Start Date
Flexible: March or later depending on availability
What We Offer
Full-time role (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday
Permanent contract
Competitive salary: €23,876 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus: Up to €3,400 – €3,500 gross/year
Hybrid working model (based in Barcelona)
