Bilingual Customer Support Analyst (Portuguese & English) - Barra Funda, São Paulo (On-site)
We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join a global travel reservation platform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role, you will support customers with questions related to bookings, payments, and platform usage, delivering efficient and high-quality service via phone and email. As part of the recruitment process and daily activities, English will be used frequently, including spoken and written communication.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, billing, and platform usage
Provide support via voice calls and email
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
Communicate clearly and professionally in Portuguese and English
Follow internal processes and quality standards
✅ Requirements
Advanced English (B2/C1) – spoken and written
Portuguese fluency
Availability to work on-site in Barra Funda
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work rotating schedules
Comfortable handling phone-based support in English
⚠️ Part of the online interview will be conducted in English.
💼 Work Schedule
Work model: On-site
Shift options:
08:00 AM – 04:12 PM
11:50 AM – 08:00 PM
Schedule: 5x2 (rotating days off)
🎓 Training
Duration: 3 to 4 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
💰 Compensation & Benefits
