We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join a global travel reservation platform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

In this role, you will support customers with questions related to bookings, payments, and platform usage, delivering efficient and high-quality service via phone and email. As part of the recruitment process and daily activities, English will be used frequently, including spoken and written communication.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, billing, and platform usage

  • Provide support via voice calls and email

  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Portuguese and English

  • Follow internal processes and quality standards


✅ Requirements

  • Advanced English (B2/C1) – spoken and written

  • Portuguese fluency

  • Availability to work on-site in Barra Funda

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Availability to work rotating schedules

  • Comfortable handling phone-based support in English

⚠️ Part of the online interview will be conducted in English.


💼 Work Schedule

  • Work model: On-site

  • Shift options:

    • 08:00 AM – 04:12 PM

    • 11:50 AM – 08:00 PM

  • Schedule: 5x2 (rotating days off)


🎓 Training

  • Duration: 3 to 4 weeks

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM


💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: R$ 2,200.00
